A gala entertainer with carnival like sequences interwoven together with a fine screenplay in the first half, and a serious string of events tierd together with an amazing credibility in the second half- that's Something Something for you.
The film is a laugh riot all through the first half..Indeed,Ravi takes the cake!He is absolutely stunning as the happy-go-lucky,naughty NRI who makes an absolutely appealing transformation into a mature guy who tries incessently to win his beloved's hand in the 2nd half.Great going Ravi, there's no stopping you now!
Trisha as the village belle is a treat to the eyes. She entices you with her portrayal of Kavitha, and one must say that she has given an added sheen to the character which she played in the film's Telugu original too.
Prabhu and Baghyaraj are amazing! So is Santhanam. The dialgues are subtle and yet manage to hit hard at you and sometimes make you break into splits...
On the whole its a must see for those who like watching films for the entertainment factor...this film sure is one helluva entertainer. Its a package of emotions and entertainment.
